We hereby inform you of a change in our services relating to two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, which is part of our CDD products. 

Effective2November 21, 2025,our SMS verification will be provided bySeven Communications GmbH & Co. KG (www.seven.io), replacing our current providerTwilio Inc. (www.twilio.com). This change involves an adjustment to our sub-processor structure and is intended to further optimize the reliability and performance of our SMS services. 

Seven Communications is located atWillestraße 4–6, 24103 Kiel, Germany,and hosts its services within the European Union. The company complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and has appointed a data protection officer. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, with appropriate security measures such as SSL/TLS encryption, strict access control, and processing agreements with all parties involved. 

What data is shared with Seven? 

For sending SMS messages for 2FA purposes, only themobile phone numberis shared with Seven.No name details(such as first name or last name) are passed on. 

This SMS verification is used for both: 

• Userswho log in to our CDD environment 

• Customerswho undergo authentication via forms 

Voor gebruik van onze API heeft deze wijziging geen impact, tenzij u formulieren verstuurt waarbij authenticatie via SMS is ingeschakeld. Bij het inloggen om instellingen te wijzigen blijft de reguliere CMP-inlog van toepassing (die vanaf 21 november dus ook via Seven zal verlopen). 

We hereby inform you of a change in our CDD products with regard to geographical screening.

As of November 21, 2025, the AFM-lijst met hoogrisicolanden will be removed from our products. This list no longer exists as a separate source and has now been aligned with the FATF list, which will continue to exist and remain available within our screening functionality.

Indien u momenteel gebruikmaakt van de AFM-lijst met hoogrisicolanden in een van uw risk sets, we recommend that you remove it and save a new version of the risk set. This will prevent any errors or interruptions in your screening process after the change date.

This change has no impact on other parts of our products, and the FATF list will remain available as usual for geographic risk assessment.

Graag willen wij u informeren over aanstaande wijzigingen in de Standaard Bedrijfsindeling (SBI) die door de Kamer van Koophandel (KvK ) worden doorgevoerd en de impact hiervan op uw SCOPE-applicatie. Deze wijzigingen vinden plaats tussen vrijdag 5 september 22.30 uur en zondag 7 september 20.00 uur. Tijdens deze periode is het niet mogelijk om gegevens uit het Handelsregister op te vragen. 

Availability and processing 

Gedurende het hele weekend zijn CDD On Demand en het Compliance Management Portal beperkt beschikbaar. Zodra de KvK de wijzigingen heeft doorgevoerd, zal SMT direct starten met een productie-update. Houd er rekening mee dat SMT afhankelijk is van de planning van de KVK. Eventuele vertragingen of terugdraaiingen van de wijzigingen kunnen gevolgen hebben voor onze doorlooptijden. 

After the SBI codes have been changed, a conversion file will be made available. This file and additional information can be found at www.kvk.nl/sbi. 

What does this mean for you? 

In some cases, it is necessary to take action in response to the changes in the SBI codes. Below you can read what this means in concrete terms for your use of our products and what steps you may need to take to keep your processes up to date. 

CDD On Demand 

U hoeft in principe geen actie te ondernemen, tenzij u in uw risicoset gebruikmaakt van SBI-codes. Indien dit het geval is, raden wij u aan om uw risicobeleid aan te passen aan de nieuwe SBI-codes en dit aan te passen in de risicosetcodes (deze codes zijn here te vinden). Voer deze aanpassingen pas uit ná de update, dus op maandag 8 september. Let op de beperkte beschikbaarheid van CDD On Demand gedurende het hele weekend.  

Compliance Management Portal 

Adjust your risk policy to the new SBI codes. These codes can be found here . Configure the new risk sets on Monday, September 8, when the new SBI codes can be retrieved from the Trade Register via CMP. Let op de beperkte beschikbaarheid van het Compliance Management Portal gedurende het hele weekend. 

Verder adviseren wij om via een batchverwerking opnieuw de KvK-verrijking uit te voeren van al uw klanten op maandag 8 september. Op deze manier zorgt u ervoor dat alle SBI-codes automatisch worden aangepast. Handmatig ingevoerde SBI-codes dient u handmatig te wijzigen.  

Batch processing works as follows:    

• Maak onder relaties een lijst aan van alle bedrijven met een KvK-nummer   

• Ga naar Batchverwerkingen en klik op “Batch aanmaken”   

• Geef de batch een naam, kies de relatielijst en kies voor Batchtype “KvK-data verrijking”

• Controleer de configuratie en klik op “Batch starten”   

What you can expect from us 

We understand that these changes will mean extra work for you. Unfortunately, we have no influence on these changes, nor on the planning of the Chamber of Commerce.  

Wij doen ons uiterste best om maandag 8 september om 09.00 uur onze producten te hebben geüpdatet. Mocht de KvK echter vertraging oplopen, dan zijn wij hier helaas van afhankelijk.
