Deze lijsten hebben directe gevolgen voor uw risicobeoordeling en Wwft-beleid. In deze blog leest u kort en duidelijk wat er is veranderd en hoe u hier als Wwft-verantwoordelijke in Nederland effici\u00ebnt op inspeelt.<\/p>\n<h2>What exactly has the FATF changed?<\/h2>\n<h3>Blacklist<\/h3>\n<p>De zwarte lijst bleef gelijk. Iran, Democratische Volksrepubliek Korea (Noord-Korea) en Myanmar blijven aangewezen als hoogrisico. Voor Iran en Noord-Korea geldt een blijvende oproep tot tegenmaatregelen. Voor Myanmar is verscherpte due diligence passend bij het risico noodzakelijk.<\/p>\n<h3>Grey list<\/h3>\n<p>De FATF voegde twee landen toe aan de grijze lijst. Het gaat om Koeweit en Papoea-Nieuw-Guinea. Deze landen staan nu onder verhoogde monitoring en werken aan een actieplan met de FATF.<\/p>\n<h2>EU-lijst wijkt af van FATF<\/h2>\n<p>Sinds 29 januari 2026 staat de Russische Federatie op de EU-lijst van hoogrisicolanden. Dit betekent dat EU\u2011plichtige instellingen verplicht zijn Enhanced Due Diligence toe te passen op transacties en relaties met Russische betrokkenheid. Rusland staat niet op de FATF-grijze of zwarte lijst, waardoor dit een duidelijke regelafwijking is die u beleidsmatig moet verwerken.<\/p>\n<h2>Wat betekent dit voor uw Wwft-beleid in Nederland<\/h2>\n<h3>1<\/h3>\n<h2>Update your country risk model<\/h2>\n<p>Pas uw risicoscores aan aan de hand van de nieuwe lijsten. Voor cli\u00ebnten, UBO\u2019s of transacties met betrokkenheid in deze landen kan een hoger risico gelden.<\/p>\n<h3>2<\/h3>\n<h2>Pas EU-regels toe voor Rusland<\/h2>\n<p>Omdat Rusland op de EU-lijst staat, moet u verplicht EDD toepassen wanneer er een Russische component is in een relatie of transactie.<\/p>\n<h3>3<\/h3>\n<h2>Tighten up monitoring<\/h2>\n<p>Voor grijze-lijstlanden geldt verhoogde monitoring. Voor zwarte-lijstlanden moet u rekening houden met strengere maatregelen en risico\u2019s.<\/p>\n<h3>4<\/h3>\n<h2>Update intake and reviews<\/h2>\n<p>Neem de nieuwe landlabels op in uw onboardingvragen, risicobeoordelingen en reviewmomenten.
