During its plenary meeting in Mexico City from February 11 to 13, 2026, the FATF published new updates<\/a><\/strong><\/span> voor de zwarte en grijze lijst. Sinds 29 januari 2026 staat de Russische Federatie op de EU lijst van hoog risico derde landen. Dit betekent dat EU\u2011plichtige instellingen verplicht Enhanced Due Diligence moeten toepassen op transacties en relaties met Russische betrokkenheid. Rusland staat niet op de FATF grijze of zwarte lijst, waardoor dit een duidelijke regelafwijking is die u beleidsmatig moet verwerken.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
