Check your details | Chamber of Commerce<\/u><\/a><\/strong><\/span>). During this time, it will not be possible to retrieve data from the Trade Register.<\/p><p>As soon as the CoC has implemented the changes, SMT will immediately start performing a production update. However, SMT is dependent on the CoC; if the CoC is not ready on time or has to reverse the changes, SMT has no influence on this. This may affect our turnaround times.<\/p><p>After changing the SBI codes in the Trade Register, a conversion file will be made available. This file and more information about the changes can be found at\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kvk.nl\/sbi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/www.kvk.nl\/sbi\"><u>www.kvk.nl\/sbi<\/u><\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>What does this mean for you?<\/strong><\/h3><h4><u>CDD On Demand<\/u><\/h4><p>In general, you do not need to do anything unless you use SBI codes in your risk set. If this is the case, we recommend that you adjust your risk policy to the new SBI codes and update the risk set codes (these codes can be found at\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cbs.nl\/nl-nl\/onze-diensten\/methoden\/classificaties\/activiteiten\/standaard-bedrijfsindeling--sbi--\/sbi-code-zoeken\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.cbs.nl\/nl-nl\/onze-diensten\/methoden\/classificaties\/activiteiten\/standaard-bedrijfsindeling--sbi--\/sbi-code-zoeken\"><u>https:\/\/www.cbs.nl\/nl-nl\/onze-diensten\/methoden\/classificaties\/activiteiten\/standaard-bedrijfsindeling&#8211;sbi&#8211;\/sbi-code-zoeken<\/u><\/a><\/strong><\/span>). Voer deze aanpassingen pas uit n\u00e1 de update, dus op maandag 8 september, wanneer de nieuwe SBI-codes kunnen worden opgevraagd via CDD On Demand uit het Handelsregister.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4><u>CDD API<\/u><\/h4><p>No action is required on your part.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4><u>Compliance Manag<\/u><u>ement Portal<\/u><\/h4><ul><li><p>Adjust your risk policy to the new SBI codes. These codes can be found via the following link:<strong>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cbs.nl\/nl-nl\/onze-diensten\/methoden\/classificaties\/activiteiten\/standaard-bedrijfsindeling--sbi--\/sbi-code-zoeken\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.cbs.nl\/nl-nl\/onze-diensten\/methoden\/classificaties\/activiteiten\/standaard-bedrijfsindeling--sbi--\/sbi-code-zoeken\">https:\/\/www.cbs.nl\/nl-nl\/onze-diensten\/methoden\/classificaties\/activiteiten\/standaard-bedrijfsindeling&#8211;sbi&#8211;\/sbi-code-zoeken<\/a><\/span>.<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p>Configure the new risk sets on Monday, September 8, when the new SBI codes can be retrieved from the Trade Register via CMP.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li><p>On Monday, September 8, use batch processing to re-enrich all your customers' CoC data. This will ensure that all SBI codes are automatically adjusted.\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><p>Batch processing works as follows:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><p>Under relations, create a list of all companies with a CoC number.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li><p>Ga naar Batchverwerkingen en klik op \u2018\u2019Batch aanmaken\u2019\u2019\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li><p>Geef de batch een naam, kiest de Relatielijst en kies voor Batch type \u2018\u2019KVK-data verrijking\u2019\u2019\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li><p>Controleer de configuratie en klik op \u2018\u2019Batch starten\u2019\u2019\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p>Manually entered SBI codes must be changed manually.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>We understand that these changes will mean extra work for you.
